The Junior Leadership Team at Delce Academy serves as a shining example of teamwork and dedication, consistently going above and beyond to enhance the school environment. JLT take their responsibilities seriously, whether they are acting as Tidy Classroom Monitors to keep the building pristine or hosting the popular lunchtime book club. Their influence extends into the classroom through a specialised presentation panel that assesses writing for pen licence criteria, ensuring high standards across the board. Furthermore, by serving as corridor and lunch hall monitors, the JLT ensures that transitions throughout the day are calm and supportive for every pupil. We also have our eco warriors who support with picking up litter on the playground during break and lunch times!
