Delce Academy is a welcoming and thriving community in the heart of Rochester.
We would like to welcome you to Delce Academy.
Our school is a vibrant learning community, where we offer our children a fully rounded education, which includes an exciting creative curriculum and prepares them to be purposeful citizens in the 21st century. We are a values based school and actively promote our school values:
We educate children in our mainstream provision from Year 1 to Year 6 and have a dedicated specialist provision for SEMH pupils with an EHCP - DEC (Delce Education Centre). Through working closely with our partner schools in the Trust, schools in our local community and Medway Local Authority we ensure children have every opportunity to succeed and fulfil their potential.
Delce is a diverse and thriving community in Rochester. Building strong partnerships with parents and carers is at the heart of everything we do. We promote collaboration at all levels between home and school and within our community of nine schools in the Inspire Partnership.
We welcome parents into school for a multitude of events. Through regular newsletters, workshops, coffee mornings and celebration events, families and staff work hand in hand to promote education for our pupils.
Every pupil in the Academy is an active learner, taught by enthusiastic and highly committed teachers, alongside a wide range of other professionals who support the children through their learning journey at Delce Academy and the DEC. Parents and carers are learners too, and our vision extends to providing a range of adult learning experiences including pastoral and family support. Together, everyone archives more.
We look forward to working in partnership with you to ensure every pupil at the school achieves the best possible outcomes, enjoys their learning and aspires to be the best.
